Anything can become an addiction.

Doubtful? Let me explain.

When I write the word addiction, what’s the first thing that comes to mind? Do you automatically think of hard drugs such as cocaine, heroin, or methamphetamine? Do you think of a person sitting at a bar or at home on a couch downing shots long after hours?
