The Potential Dangers of EMFs
And what you can do to minimize your exposure to them
EMFs, or electromagnetic fields, are created by electronic devices and are all around us. Some experts believe that EMFs can be dangerous, especially to pregnant women and children.
There are a few ways to protect yourself from EMFs. You can keep your distance from electronic devices, use EMF-blocking tools like shields and hats, or live in a low-EMF area.
Pregnant women and children are especially vulnerable to the effects of EMFs because their bodies are still developing. EMFs can cause disruptions in the body that can lead to health problems.
EMFs have been linked to a variety of health problems, including:
- Cancer
- Insomnia
- Headaches
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Fatigue
- Impaired fertility
- Birth defects
It’s best to leave your phone in the other room when you sleep (or just keep it away from you as much as you can) to minimize your exposure to EMFs.
EMF-Blocking Sauna Shield
As mentioned before, one way you can protect yourself from EMFs is by getting and using an EMF-blocking shield. SaunaSpace has an EMF shield that you can drape over your existing sauna, or you can get their Faraday sauna, which specifically comes with the shield.
The only negative to this is that once you come out of the sauna, you’re still susceptible to the EMFs around you just the same. But at least for those relaxing moments when you are in the sauna, you can be EMF worry-free.
Want to stay protected? Try out red and near infrared (NIR) light therapy with me
If you’re curious about red and NIR light therapy, you can order a portable Photon, a Tungsten panel, or the entire sauna setup (the Faraday or the Luminati) using my referral link (the Faraday sauna is the one that comes with the EMF-blocking shield). You get a 100 day trial that starts when you receive the product, so it’s entirely risk-free. If you feel the product isn’t for you, you can return it for free, as long as it’s before the 100 days are up (**NOTE: this is an affiliate link — your purchase will directly support me should you choose to purchase and keep the product**).
Want to try something smaller than a full sauna first? Feel free to check out my full post on the portable Photon — it’s essentially a mini version of the full sauna:
