The following is a summary of each type and what sales roles they would specifically be best at.

ESTJ → sales management and maintaining sales protocol
ISTP → behind the scenes sales strategy with some client sales
ISFP → behind the scenes sales strategy with some client sales
ISTJ → following sales protocol with some client sales
INFJ → behind the scenes sales strategy with some client sales
INFP → adding input and ideas to sales protocols and sales environment (idea generators)
INTJ → behind the scenes sales strategy with some client sales
INTP → adding input and ideas to sales protocols and sales environment (idea generators)
ESTJ
Extroverted Thinking
- Great at catching and calling out inefficiency within a system; has high standards for both self and others; tribe-focused
- Task completion oriented; works diligently and does not rest until the task is done; extremely hard-working
- Can set aside emotions to complete tasks that need to be done; success and results-driven
- Can be very firm when they need to be and can use their high energy for visible real-world achievement; “let’s get this done together” attitude
