Extroverted Thinking

  • Great at catching and calling out inefficiency within a system; has high standards for both self and others; tribe-focused
  • Task completion oriented; works diligently and does not rest until the task is done; extremely hard-working
  • Can set aside emotions to complete tasks that need to be done; success and results-driven
  • Can be very firm when they need to be and can use their high energy for visible real-world achievement; “let’s get this done together” attitude
